Perfect Location and Exceptional Staff Support
My stay was fantastic! The location is ideal, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the cruise port. The staff went above and beyond to assist us during a family emergency—special thanks to Mi-Mi and Michelle for their kindness. I would definitely return! However, a smoother check-in process would make the experience even better.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the bright, comfy queen room with a great city view and a lovely outdoor pool area to relax in. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after a long day. A minor downside was that valet parking was the only option, which was a bit inconvenient for us. 😊

Great stay with a view!
The room was super comfy, and that corner view was just wow! Breakfast was delish, too, with loads of options. The only thing was a bit of noise from outside, but it didn't ruin our fun at all. Perfect spot for easy access to everything.

Couple's retreat with a killer view
The staff was friendly. I mean, Michelle at the reception? She was a gem, so eager to help and knowledgable about everything. And man, the rooftop bar, it was amazing. Amazing views, drinks in hand, just perfect for unwinding after a long day. I felt like I was on top of the world.
Yeah, it wasn't exactly inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

This hotel boasts fantastic views, especially from the King Room with Corner View, making it perfect for those who enjoy a scenic backdrop during their stay. The modern decor adds a nice touch, creating an inviting atmosphere that feels fresh and contemporary.
The elevator was out of order during my stay, leading to a challenging situation where I had to trek down 12 flights of stairs due to my bad knee, which ultimately required a visit to an orthopedic doctor. Breakfast arrangements were less than convenient. ordering and paying at a busy front desk made for an awkward start to the day, compounded by limited nearby dining options.

The rooftop pool and bar provided stunning views, making it a perfect spot to relax. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate requests, allowing for early check-in and storing luggage after checking out. However, the overall ambiance felt a bit lacking compared to other hotels in this range, and while there was some food available, it could be improved. The cleanliness of the common areas also left a little to be desired.
